Ninchley Toussaint Matombé, connu sous le nom de RAS NININ, est un artiste mauricien de seggae — one of the acknowledged heirs to KAYA's legacy. Il se produit avec le Kool Kreol Band.
Un seggaeman au sens plein du terme. His music draws from society, politics, family, everyday life and the struggles of the people — des textes introspectifs, conscients, ancrés dans le réel créole mauricien.
Depuis son premier album Obzervé en 2006, RAS NININ s'est construit un public fidèle à Maurice et au-delà — performing across the Indian Ocean, cementing his place in the living lineage of Mauritian seggae.
