KAYA
A CD maxi produced by Clément Duret at Capricorne Studio (Réunion), released on Déclic-Réunion. Three essential KAYA works reworked in a Réunion production context: Simé La Limière, Ras Kouyon and Chante L'amour. This release reflects the strong cross-island connection between KAYA's music and the Indian Ocean diaspora in Réunion.

Mo La Misik is a significant document of KAYA's presence in Réunion — an island where his music found a passionate audience and where the seggae / maloya connection was felt most strongly. Producer Clément Duret and the Déclic-Réunion network were key conduits for KAYA's music in the French Indian Ocean territory.
The three tracks reworked here — Simé La Limière, Ras Kouyon and Chante L'amour — are among the core titles in the Studio Radio Korail publishing line.
