J.R. Topize Sing Marley completes KAYA's trilogy of Marley interpretation albums (Ersatz Of Bob Marley 1995, Chante Marley 1996, J.R. Topize Sing Marley 1999). The MPO pressing confirms distribution through French manufacturing channels, aligning with Meli Melo's cross-island distribution network. KAYA died on 21 February 1999 — this album was released the same year, making it among his final works to reach the public.
